Brian Foraker

Brian grew up in the Landenberg / Kennett Square area with a construction background working alongside his father. He became licensed in 2016 and experienced firsthand the gaps at a large corporate brokerage — gaps that prompted him to start Foraker in 2021.

The construction background isn't a gimmick. It's an edge that shows up in every step of a transaction: pre-listing condition reads, inspection negotiation, repair cost estimation. Our agents go into deals knowing what matters and what's noise.

How we grew

From a one-man brokerage in 2021 to 70+ agents across 4 offices, targeting 500 transactions in 2025.
