Foraker Realty Co. runs a seminar and mentor program for new and newly licensed agents out of our North Wilmington office on Concord Pike. You'll learn the business from agents who are actively selling — not lectured at, but walked through it, with a mentor and real accountability from week one. We're a family-owned brokerage founded in October 2021 by Brian Foraker; we've grown from five agents to eighty-five today, on pace for about 700 transactions in 2026, and a meaningful share of that growth has been agents who started exactly where you'd be starting.
This program exists because we'd rather give you a real shot at being one of the ones who makes it — structured training, a mentor pairing you with someone experienced on live deals, a 30-60-90 day onboarding program, and a community of other agents around you. Not a 1099 form and a "good luck."
This is a good fit if you:
- Are licensed in Delaware, or actively working toward it
- Can go without a steady paycheck while you build a pipeline
- Want structure rather than figuring it out alone
It is not a good fit as a side gig or a backup plan.
